It is so okay...

... to take some me-time.

... to detach from everybody and everything.

... to let yourself just BE, not DO.

Yeah.

You need to get away, by yourself, even if it's in your bedroom, with yourself.

Stare at the walls, and the windows, and the floors, and your toes.

Study the ceiling if you'd like.

Listen - and hear if there are noises around - that you would have missed if the TV -or YouTube  - were blaring, glaring.

Settle down in your own skin.

Relax.

It is so okay.


Do it.

Or
just be it.
