... the negativity in your brain.
My mind defaults to worry too often.
And criticism of folks closest to me.
But now, this moment, I'm turning that on/off button to OFF.
I'm going to sit here and enjoy watching my sweet dog sleeping.
And hearing the little bird outside singing.
And feeling this laptop on my lap, with my fingertips tapping on these here keys.
There's lots to experience just sitting here.
And letting myself experience it is bringing positivity to this formerly rattled mind.
Mmm.
It was so important that I do this, this nothingness now.
Oh yeah.
Thank you, Lord.
