When you find yourself feeling stressed: DETACH and recognize you're stressed.
Detach in your mind.
Settle down.
Breathe slowly.
Then IDENTIFY what might be the trigger of your stress.
Think about it.
What might be 'pushing those buttons' that minute?
Your answer doesn't have to be complete and it may be nebulous.
Now DECIDE to deal with it.
Decide to flee it- or fight it- or just go calmly through it.
